Ferry Link
The OSMM Highways Network Ferry Link Feature Type has a corresponding feature type in OS NGD, also called Ferry Link, which is part of the Transport Network Collection.
In OSMM Highways Network, vehicular and foot ferries are split across the three different products. 'Vehicular ferry links' are included in Roads as well as Routing and Asset Management Information (RAMI), whereas 'foot ferry links' are found in Paths. OS NGD Ferry Link combines the vehicular and foot ferry link features into a single feature type, with an attribute (vehicularferry) as an indicator of whether the ferry link represents a ferry that can be used by vehicles.

'Vehicular ferry nodes' are included in Roads as well as RAMI, whereas 'foot ferry nodes' are found in Paths. OS NGD Ferry Node combines the vehicular and foot ferry node features into a single feature type.

OS NGD Ferry Terminal combines the vehicular and foot ferry terminal features into a single feature type. The features also have their own point geometry in the same position as the corresponding Ferry Node and attribution referencing the corresponding Road or Path Node, Ferry Node, and Site.

OSMM Highways' Path features have no geometry, just references to Path Links. OS NGD Path features have their own multiline geometry comprising all the component Path Links; they are also supplied with a cross-reference table which lists the identifiers of those Path Links by the Path's identifier.

'Road streets' are included in Roads as well as RAMI, whereas 'path streets' are found in Paths. OS NGD Streets combine the 'road street' features and 'path street' features into a single feature type, with a reference table telling you what type of feature is referenced.
