# FileTypeCode

This code list allows the identification of either a Change-Only Update (COU) Supply or a Full Supply. This code list is used in association with the FILE\_TYPE (CSV) attribute found in the [Header](https://docs.os.uk/os-downloads/products/addresses-and-names-portfolio/os-emergency-services-gazetteer/os-esg-technical-specification/dataset-metadata/header-type-10-record) record.

| Value | Description                            |
| ----- | -------------------------------------- |
| F     | Signifies the supply is a Full Supply. |
| C     | Signifies the supply is a COU file.    |
