This code list is an indicator of whether a features record corresponds to an entry in the official Street Name and Numbering register. This code list is used in association with the OFFICIAL\_FLAG (CSV) / official\_flag (GPKG) attribute found on the [LPI table](https://docs.os.uk/os-downloads/products/addresses-and-names-portfolio/os-emergency-services-gazetteer/os-esg-technical-specification/structured-data-types/lpi-type-24-record).
