The product can be used as mapping in its own right or can be used to provide a flexible geographic context reference for customers’ overlay information. {% hint style="info" %} **This product is updated every six months in May and November.** {% endhint %}

When you order OS VectorMap District and OS Street View, you will be asked to order by 100km area. When you receive the data, you will notice that it is broken down into 10 km tiles for OS VectorMap District and 5km tiles for OS Street View\*. It can therefore be difficult to establish exactly what tile(s) you need to access to look at your area of interest. To help you know which tiles you will need to access, we have created a PDF document for each 100km tile of data in the National Grid showing the 10 km tile grids on top. This will help you to quickly establish the tile(s) of data relevant to you.
