This code list is used in association with the OS Land Cover Tier B attribute which is present within the Building Part Feature Type. The code list provides a detailed description of the land cover type for the building feature. Up to five distinct land cover types can be applied.

| Made Sealed              | A manmade surface that consists of a solid material that is bonded (i.e. is not loose). |
