buildstatusvalue
This code list is used in association with the Build Status attribute which is present within multiple feature types in the OS NGD Address Theme. The code list describes the different build statuses that are attributable to an address.
V2.0 of the code list was released on 30 September 2025.
What's new?
Two new values have been added to this code list for v2.0:
Built Complete – The real-world object being addressed is physically complete and usable for the purpose by which it is classified.
Built Unoccupiable – The real-world object being addressed is not usable or fit for the purpose by which it is classified.
The new values have a 'new' emoji (🆕) against them.
