This code list is used in association with the Residential Density attribute which is present within the Retail Area Major Feature Type. This code list provides a classification of the density of residential addresses for identified retail areas.

| Label | Definition                                                                                                                                                   |
| ----- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| High  | Calculation of the density of residential addresses. There is a high density of residential addresses per square kilometre within the agreed classification. |
| Low   | Calculation of the density of residential addresses. There is a low density of residential addresses per square kilometre within the agreed classification.  |
