This code list is used in association with the Description attribute which is present within the Devolved Parliament Constituency Feature Type. The code list describes the type of devolved Parliament constituency (that is, Scottish Parliament constituency or Welsh Parliament constituency).

| -------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Scottish Parliament Constituency | Scotland is divided into parliamentary constituencies for voting purposes to elect Members of the Scottish Parliament (MSPs). The Scottish Parliament electoral region is a grouping of Scottish Parliament constituencies. |
| Welsh Parliament Constituency    | Wales is divided into parliamentary constituencies for voting purposes to elect parliamentary members (MS) to the Welsh Parliament. The Welsh Parliament electoral region is a grouping of Welsh Parliament constituencies. |
