Ongoing service disruption is currently impacting the following OS NGD themes:

Since 19 April 2025, updates to features have not been processed and made available on a daily basis.
As a result, you may notice daily orders containing the impacted themes and collections will contain either blank files or have a significantly reduced daily change counts.
The service disruption issue is ongoing, but we expect it to be restored from Saturday 03 May 2025. This means any updates to features since 19 April 2025 will then start to become available, and we anticipate being fully caught up by Monday 05 May 2025. If you have a daily update order which includes the impacted themes or collections listed above, you may notice you receive a larger file size(s) whilst the updates are being processed.
A further update will be provided on Tuesday 06 May to confirm the resolution has been fully applied.
No maintenance events are currently scheduled that will impact the availability of the OS NGD.
