Live service disruption

There are no live service disruptions affecting OS NGD at this time.

Resolved service disruption 06/03/2025–11/03/2025

Impacted data

The recent service disruption that impacted the OS NGD Buildings Collection has now been resolved. The data schema versions of the OS NGD Building Feature Type affected by the outage were:

• OS NGD Building Feature Type data schema v1.0

• OS NGD Building Feature Type data schema v2.0

• OS NGD Building Feature Type data schema v3.0

Disruption description

The three data schema versions of the OS NGD Building Feature Type had not been updated since 06/03/2025.

Impacts of this disruption

During the disruption, daily changes were not supplied for the impacted data schema versions of the OS NGD Building Feature Type. This meant that any daily orders containing these data schema versions were supplied as blank files.

Resolution update

We are pleased to inform you that the disruption has been resolved as of Wednesday 12 March 2025. Daily updates for the impacted Building Feature Type data schemas have resumed, and all future orders will be processed as expected.

We apologise for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Planned maintenance

No maintenance events are currently scheduled that will impact the availability of the OS NGD.
