This code list is used in association with the Physical Level attribute which is present within multiple OS NGD feature types across various OS NGD themes. The code list describes the physical level of the feature, for example, 'Surface Level' or 'Level 1' if the feature is on a supported structure.

Level 1
Relative physical level of features on supported structures, above the Surface Level.
Level 2
Relative physical level of features on supported structures, above Level 1 supported structures and below Level 3 supported structures. Note this value is not currently applied and all features on supported structures are treated as Level 1.
Level 3
Relative physical level of features on supported structures, above Level 2 supported structures. Note this value is not currently applied and all features on supported structures are treated as Level 1.
Overhead
Physical level for features captured overhead. These features do not interact with the topology of the features captured at other physical levels.
Surface Level
Physical level where ground surface level is the lowest identifiable level that is not underground.
Underground
Physical level for features beneath the ground surface level.
