Residential and office buildings in Great Britain​. For residential buildings, they must contain one or more residential address and be the main building in an OS Land Use Site. For office buildings, they must contain 50% or more office addresses.​

Ordnance Survey​ observed and modelled data. When modelled from the OS algorithm, updated on an annual basis.

Data Updates​​

When OS height and imagery data is available for a building. When a building is surveyed by OS field capture. When indicated by EPC records, updates will be fed into the OS NGD within one month of publication. When modelled from the OS algorithm, updated into the OS NGD on an annual basis.
