OS NGD live service disruption

Live service disruption starting: 06/03/2026

Impacted data

An ongoing service disruption is currently impacting the OS Structure Features Collection. The feature type affected by the outage is:

• Structure Feature Type data schema v3.0

Disruption description

This Structure Feature Type has not been updated since 06/03/2026.

Impacts of this disruption

Daily changes are not being supplied for the impacted Structure Feature Type. This means any daily orders containing this feature will be supplied as blank files until the outage is resolved.

When to expect the next update

We are working to resolve this as a priority and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. A further update is expected Wednesday 11 March 2026.

No maintenance events are currently scheduled that will impact the availability of the OS NGD.
