Connecting Node (Present in Paths product)

A Connecting Node is a point feature which identifies where a Path connects to the Road Network. The Connecting Node connects to the start or end of one or more Road Links and they are spatially coincident with Road Nodes.

Path Links are displayed as green lines and are connected to Path Nodes, which are displayed as green circles. Connecting Links are displayed as blue lines and are connected to Connecting Nodes, which are displayed as blue circles. The Connecting Links and Connecting Nodes form the connection between the road and path network.
How Connecting Links and Connecting Nodes connect the road and path networks together. Connecting Nodes are coincident with Road Nodes.
