THEME STRUCTURE QUALITIES

  • Distinct Identity – classifying Building features uniquely from generic structural features simplifies feature comparisons.

  • Height Enabled – reducing post-processing time with automatic inclusion of height attribution.

  • Identifier Relationships Defined – enabling a complete picture of Building feature interaction with the inclusion of cross-referencing tables on Building to Address, Land Use Site or Building Part.

NEWLY LAUNCHED QUALITIES

  • Building Connectivity – attribution to describe which buildings have a common boundary.

  • Building Use – attribution to describe the primary functional use of the building.

  • Building Age – attribution to describe the relative age of the building.

  • Construction Material – attribution to describe the primary construction material of the building.

  • Basement Presence – attribution to indicate the present of a basement or self-contained basement flat within a building footprint.

  • Number of Floors – attribution to describe the maximum number of occupiable floors.

ENRICHED DATA QUALITIES

  • Building Feature Type – A redesigned building geometry provided to represent a single building footprint.
